Consumer dispute resolution
We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
Liability for content
As a service provider we are responsible for our own content on these pages under the general laws, pursuant to § 7 (1) DDG. Under §§ 8 to 10 DDG we are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to look for circumstances that indicate illegal activity.
Obligations to remove or block the use of information under the general laws remain unaffected. Liability is only possible from the moment we know of a specific infringement. When we become aware of such infringements, we remove the content immediately.
